Ingredients:
- one dozen eggs, warmed to room temperature
- 3/8 cup finely ground blue corn meal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salsa or green chile of choice to serve
- bread of choice (toast, tortillas, tamales, etc)
