About The Event
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 lbs of meat (in one piece preferably, to cut into small pieces)
- 0.6 lbs of onions
- 0.6 lbs of bell pepper (preferably red or green)
- 1 lb of potatoes
- 3 eggs
- Green onion (a little)
- Flour (1 lb)
- Salt
- Cumin
- White Pepper
- Paprika
- Butter or margarine (0.5 lbs)
- Oil to fry (canola)
Chef’s Notes
- For a vegetarian option, usually the meat is replaced with cheese, corn grains, olives, squash, or the ingredients that you like the most! You can be absolutely creative and add almost anything. The rest of the prep is the same!
